We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from Melbourne, Australia.

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–2 business days
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

• We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery
• To initiate a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
